Evaluation Strategies - "Scottish Enterprise Strategic Evaluation Plans", Scottish Enterprise (2000-2006): development and implementation of strategic evaluation plans with quarterly performance reports, annual learning reviews and policy implications for consideration by the Board. The findings informed the Joint Performance Team for Scotland and the development of the measurement process for assessing the impact of the national economic development strategy “A Smart Successful Scotland”.
